MasterCare is seeking the right individual to be a part of our Customer Service Team.
The “Technical Customer Service Representative” would be responsible for receiving, responding to and diagnosing all questions / concerns from our customers related to our specialty spas, bathing systems & hygiene products. Training in our line of products will be provided. Experience in the Customer Service / Technical field will benefit the ideal candidate – but we do require at least a basic mechanical/ technical knowledge. Also required is the ability to use excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, as well as good computer skills as you would be working in our databases daily.
